[BIOGRAPHY]

A life’s work of decoding behavior, translating complexity, and building the systems that shape next-era consumer goods.

[BACKGROUND]
I come from two lineages — African-American and Congolese — and that duality taught me to see the world as interconnected systems, not single narratives. That perspective is the lens through which I decode consumer behavior and build across research, development, and innovation.

[INTEGRATED PRACTICE]
My experience across design thinking and innovation, consumer insights and market research, and R&D allows me to integrate these functions to inform decisions across NPD stage gates in ways that are often missed when work is siloed.

This supports integrated, data-informed decision-making across the full NPD lifecycle, translating consumer intelligence into products that arrive exactly when the market is ready.

[AMOREPACIFIC]
Most recently, I spent seven years at Amorepacific, a global beauty and personal care company, as the first dedicated Consumer Insights hire in the U.S.

I established the Consumer Insights function and built the systems that connected research to product development, brand strategy, and long-term innovation planning. I operated across consumer insights, brand marketing, and R&D simultaneously — from early-stage innovation through launch and post-launch optimization across a multi-brand portfolio.

[BUREAU VAN DIJK]
Before Amorepacific, I was the second hire into a hybrid technical–product role at Bureau van Dijk — a financial data services company later acquired by Moody's. I built the processes to translate user feedback into feature roadmaps and product updates across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.  

[HOSPITALITY]
I’ve also worked in Michelin-starred hospitality, which trained my ability to read the subtle cues that drive human behavior — exactly what consumer goods research and innovation require. That sensory acuity remains central to how I work.
